Dear all,
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, we would like to inform you that we stay productive as usual – now working from home office and having established shift work in our laboratories. We are prepared to work as much as possible to continue supporting all of your needs while maintaining and guaranteeing the health and well-being of our employees.
Manufacturing & Shipping
Our product manufacturing and shipping are running on a regular schedule. We will continue shipping our products until further notice. If there are any delays in delivery, we will be sure to notify you immediately.
Customer & Technical Support
Customer service will be available during regular business hours to help you with the ordering process.
Our technical support specialists will also be available during our regular hours to help you with your research needs and answer any questions you may have.
Travelling
The health of our customers and employees is important to us. We have implemented a company-wide travel restriction for domestic and international travel until April 19th.
